Rosa Madre Italian Restaurant - Dublin

The staff at this restaurant are delightful, the food is delicious, and they are very knowledgeable about each dish. My first meal in Dublin was a special one, and I enjoyed every minute of it. The fish was absolutely incredible, and I have no doubt that their meat dishes are just as fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Not the usual linguine Alfredo and garlic pizza, nor the typical Templebar touristy attraction, that's an authentic Italian restaurant at its finest, it would be a 5 star rating also in Italy. Cousin made of traditional Italian ingredients combined with the lightest and contemporary style, there is no cream nor sauces to spoil the real freshness. I loved the selection of fish and seafood on display on the counter . Entertening the explanation of the staff on the best cooking options for each dish. Exhaustive the wine list. Elegant the overall atmosphere of the venue with a pleasant attention to details. Reasonable pricing. Balanced choice in the menu for fish and meat lovers. Looking forward to my next visit :

This restaurant in Dublin serves some of the best pasta I've ever had. My wife and I had a fantastic dinner here. The staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is charming.

I absolutely adored this restaurant. The staff was excellent and provided great service. The specials were explained in detail, and the food was simply delicious. The only small issue was that the wine menu was not in English, making it difficult to choose something you liked.
