Sonic Drive-in - Dublin

The food came out fast and it was really good and I loved that it was hot and fresh. The girl that brought it out to me was very friendly and had a beautiful smile.

Person was rude in front counter and the manager came and took our order was very nice. But the girl in the front acted like she didn't want to work and the worst part about it that there was no people at sonic just me.

I don't know if they are short staffed or management is bad at scheduling but it shouldn't take ten minutes to get someone to take your order. The wait staff sit down and talk to the customers they know rather then do their

I've Been here 5 times and was consistently disappointed at every turn. Not what I've come to expect from the franchise.

Maybe if your employees payed attention to their jobs... my husband ordered a #12 and didn't even get his Buffalo chicken. My nephew and I got the same burger, but ordered different and they marked the burgers wrong. We have tried calling multiple times and no one answers...
