The Banana Garden - Dublin

The restaurant offers predominantly traditional Malaysian cuisine in a clean and spacious setting. The aromas of the dishes were delightful, and the service was prompt. With reasonable prices and generous portion sizes, I highly recommend it.

The place is spacious enough with plenty of seating. eating and service was good. they had a lot of options for eating. they had very limited drinks options when we came. it was a Thursday night and they had only 1 2 cocktails from their menu. they also had no wine options available on the menu. her roti prata was the best. the remaining food was about average. we ordered the pineapple, the nozzles, the vegetarian noodles, malay spicy garnels liked the garnels among others. I would rate it a 3.5 if this option was available.

With the recent management change we were impressed with the quality of service. It has improved many folds compared to our 2-3 year old experience. Food quality is as usual very delicious.

I had the pleasure of trying Malaysian cuisine, and the service was exceptional. The roti prata and roti murtabak paired with curry sauce were absolutely delightful. Don't miss the chicken satay with chili sauce; it’s a must-try! The sauce on the Sibu sizzling chicken is one of the richest I've ever tasted, and when combined with the Malay mee goreng noodles, it’s simply divine. The Malay Hokkien Charleroi mee is their standout noodle dish. The only disappointment was the fried mango ice cream. However, be sure to try the fried banana for dessert—it’s deliciously hot on the inside! Overall, it’s clear they pay attention to detail.

An impressive (and extensive) selection of Malaysians. I ordered the laksa, and the taste could not have been more authentic. very fast and professional service. a good lunch or dinner when in livermore for the cans.
