World Of Beer - Dublin

This recent visit to the restaurant was disappointing compared to my previous experiences. The place was nearly empty, so one would expect better service and food. Unfortunately, my first beer was shaken and spilled all over the table when opened. The server was nowhere to be found, so I had to interrupt the bartender's conversation to get a towel to clean it up. The pretzel was barely warm, and the Mac and cheese was missing bacon and overcooked. On a positive note, the pepperoni flat bread was tasty and hot, and the beers were good. However, the last round of drinks took a long time to arrive, even though they were just cans and bottles.

Last night, we met up with friends at this restaurant for dinner and drinks. They had a fantastic selection of beers, and my lavender craft cocktail was delicious! We started off with the Mac and Cheese ball, which had a perfect balance of textures and left a great first impression. I was the only one in my group who ordered a burger, and while I'm sure the tacos were tasty, my buffalo chicken burger was prepared perfectly. I will definitely be ordering it again! The atmosphere was also great - not too loud, and there were plenty of big TVs showing sports. The only hiccup was that the service was a bit slow when it came time to receive our check. Other than that, this place is a lot of fun!

The service at this restaurant was extremely lackluster, especially considering the small number of customers present. It was evident that some staff members were inexperienced, but the more seasoned employees should have ensured that customers' needs were being addressed. I would be interested in returning to see the atmosphere when the restaurant is busier, as I enjoy beer, but the overall service definitely needs significant improvement.

Horrible service.. The bar tender was serving tables, training a new waitress (which she was way better than he was), pouring drinks AND eating behind the bar as he was doing all of this. He had food all over his face and whipped the food from his mouth with his hand and without washing or whipping his hands he poured a guy a beer. He was very sloppy just in general. The only saving grace to my visit was the food was actually good. There was also a guy working here that sat us but was also waiting on a few tables and he would just stand around and creepishly just stare. My partner and I love beer is why we came. This is the first and last time we will be here.

Big, roomy spot over at Hacienda. With the struggles of brick-and-mortar retail, there's plenty of parking available. Wide range of beers, as the name implies. Service, however, is a bit casual and lackadaisical. Not a place to be in a hurry.Service: 3/5
