Pizzeria El Toro - Dubrovnik

What a place! order the mixed meat plate for 2 and was not expected what arrived at the table (although the waiter asked if we wanted to move on a larger table, as the plate is large, so glad we took his advice). Huhn, sausage, pork, calf meat and a mountain of the fries arrived, and that started hard! I can't recommend this place very much. good and service are to remember and our waiter was friendly, attentive, and also in the position to laugh with us. all in all a fantastic experience. If they are dubrownik, they have to eat here. we will definitely come back. thanks to all the el toro team!

It was 4 times for dinner and breakfast and I am really surprised that this place has low reviews. everything was in order. pizza is naughty, cold drinks, espresso is good and meat is tender. the only thing I had to wait was lasagna (only because they cook it for them and it takes time). do not expect something extraordinary, but it is just the right place to have lunch for good price when they are close.

Mixed meat plate was phenomenal. is very (and I mean very) large and can easily be between 3. the personal is also very friendly and welcoming. 5!*

I have returned this place that goes back from the old town to lapad, last night to dinner and I am so glad that I did it! beautiful meal of the black risotto (that had baptism of seafood, the rice perfectly boiled) grilled vegetables and really good brot that was not loaded. this in a pleasant exterior setting from the touristy beaten track, the service attentive and polite, at a very reasonable price, what more could they demand? Oh yes, the house white very drinkable, I had a second glass!

Lovely terrace to enjoy great food with the smell of barbecue enhancing the experience. There was and equal amount of locals and tourist enjoying an evening meal which is always a good sign to us. The salads were some of the freshest we have tasted and the mixed meat grill was perfectly cooked, and everything is reasonably priced. Well worth a visit..
