Adobos Mexican Grill - Dubuque

This is a nice little place with very good food and drinks. I had the Taco salad with Barbacoa and a lime margarita on the rocks. The whole food is prepared and ready to court, so the ordering process is very simple and quite fast.

The type of hidden gems build your own Mexican, talking about legends, and could make Chipotle weep. Very fair prices. Chill vibe. Excellent Burrito, although I had better vessels that tend to inbued with more taste. Great value, how much I stuffed this boy! Chips were homemade and delicious. My biggest complaint is that I don't have many on the side, but it could be on how I ordered it. Guacamole and queso were both solid above average. But this mild salsa was an absolute game changer, slightly above 2 I ever had. Rice, beans, vegetables, all were above average. And as cohesive food, everything comes together very well. I really enjoyed the chicken that was quite tasteful. Will be back several times this month. Must visit Dubuque.

Great place to eat. If you find a queue of local office workers, it is a sign that you have made a good choice! Good selection of Burrito and Taco options available.

Amazing Guacamole!! We had their Taco Trio and all the elections were very tasteful and very generous. A great value and delicious!

So, tonight for Dinner the boys wanted Mexican, so I told them to hop on the inner webs while we were driving through Iowa and told them to find us a place with local flare and menu. The boys found a great little place in Dubuque Ia for dinner, so we stopped and had a bite. The staff was very nice, helpful, and they made the food right in front of us. We all had Burrito bowls for dinner, and mine came with Mexican Rice, Steak and Chicken, covered with Queso, then shredded cheese, the rest of the fam naturally drug theirs through the garden un like me.
