Bennigan's On The Fly Dubuque

This is the best meal I've had at a restaurant in a long time. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were outstanding. Excellent work, everyone!

Thank you for the wonderful dinner last night! Our server, Caroline, was incredibly kind and attentive. Jason, the manager, was fantastic and clearly dedicated to his work. The restaurant was clean and bustling, yet we felt very private in our booth. We could even see the outdoor firepit from our seating! The mozzarella cheese sticks were outstanding! We also enjoyed the Monte Cristo and Classic Burger, both of which were hot, delicious, and generously portioned. The fries were perfectly hot and tasty as well! I left a more detailed review under River Rock Kitchen since it's the same place. I can't wait to return soon!

I visited this restaurant for the first time last night, and unfortunately, I can't see us returning. The wait staff was rather quiet and lacked warmth, and our meals were disappointing. The shrimp was served cold, and the bun tasted stale. Our appetizer never arrived; while it wasn’t the worst issue, we were simply told they forgot to prepare it, and it would be removed from our bill without any apology or offer to make it anyway—we would have happily waited for it. When our food was brought out, the other server who assisted with the delivery stood in silence until my husband took the initiative to distribute the plates. She then mentioned, "I just clocked in, so I don’t know what’s going on." Overall, we were quite unimpressed.

Coleslaw was old, like sour old, shrimp sucked, ribs were good, but I ordered a full rack and got a half either Doordash or Bennigans messed that up. Wound up tossing most my order.Gunna stay true to 7hills

A friend and I went here, were seated, received our drinks, placed our orders, and then were ignored for 25+ minutes while our glasses sat empty and never saw or heard from our server again. I could almost understand this if the place had been packed, but it wasn't even half full.
