Burger King - Dubuque

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I absolutely would! It's gone downhill. We waited in line for almost 45 minutes just to place our order, and then another 20 minutes to actually receive our food. They usually close at 8 PM, but there was a big sign announcing that they were closing at 7 PM that night. I understand there are staffing issues, but the drive-thru and front doors were locked a full 30 minutes before closing time.

The Spicy Chicken sandwich was outstanding. My family and I had lunch, and the service was prompt and precise. The food was hot and fresh, the staff was friendly, and the place was clean.

My only complaint is the inconsistency in their operations. The food is hot and fresh, and the service is average. It's definitely better than dealing with poor attitudes and cold meals. However, I do wish their hours were more reliable.

The drive thru has become a place to nap!! The line only moves every 8 1/2 minutes, no joke!!!

If I could give negative stars I would I ordered my family food for the night before I go to work. While eating my son found a hair in his food. He had no hair. And the hair was blonde I hate this place.
