Noonan's Tap - Dubuque

One of the underestimated bars in Dubuque. They serve food late and the cook (Kixs) has some great skills. Seats are comfortable and the air smells fresh. They also put out places for the smokers to enjoy. I met the owners and they have the most beautiful attitude in contrast to most cloged bar owners in this city. 10 stars if I could.

A good place to stop and have a cold. Friendly place to relax enjoy some pool, dart or bar games. They serve the fresh food made by the owner. Family owned.

Quiet little bar where you can play pool, art and a short bite to eat and the drinks were not too expensive compared to other places.

Great food and even more price. We had a visit with the regulars and the drinks were perfect. We highly recommend this hidden gem. I took my friend Julie R. and she was very impressed by the service and made herself feel like the most important person in this place. Thank you.

Place is clean very friendly. Home away from atmosphere. Would recommend if looking for a good time. Good food and prices on drinks both very reasonable.
