Pizza Ranch - Dubuque

I thought we could salvage the evening by playing some games and then grabbing McDonald's afterward, but that was another misstep! The machine to purchase a game card was broken, and when I asked the attendant about the different credit packages, he simply said, "I don’t know, how much do you want?" I ended up putting $40 on the card despite my better judgment after the awful dining experience. Many of the arcade games were out of service, and there was no manager available to speak with at 5:30 PM on a Sunday. I regretted not leaving after the meal, but I wanted to make the night special for my child. Even if a manager had been present, I suspect I would have been offered a gift card for my wasted $90, which I would have refused because we will never return. I understand some people may find this place acceptable, but I wish I had spent my money at a local establishment instead. I hope others have a better experience, but if you have high standards, you might want to save your money because this place wouldn't meet them. As for parking, there was plenty of open space, which made sense given how empty and uninviting the place felt during our visit.
