Wendy's - Dubuque

The food was so fresh and they had our food for us in the drive thru before completing the payment transaction

I live near the other Wendy's in Dubuque and was really disappointed because I love Wendy's and that one is so bad! I didn't know, until a few weeks ago, that this location existed. I went recently and wasn't disappointed. The food was how it was supposed to be, the staff were helpful and looked like they liked their jobs and the restaurant was clean. I'm only sad it's not closer to my house.

Only did the drive through but it was quick and painless. Good fries and I really liked the Pub Chicken sandwich with pub cheese. Really delicious fast food.

Was a bit confusing recently when I came for an online pick up. Pulled up in mobile order spot, marked that I was there, waited a few minutes, walked up to door, it was locked, sat in drive, then was told at the speaker that I had to come in and that the door was unlocked. Could tell they were busy so I understand, just was a bit odd. Food was good and staff was friendly otherwise.

Over priced for what you get. 24.16 for 2 single bacon burger combos. Broken up fries. Gave us heartburn to boot! Not a fan.
