Costa Coffee - Dudley

Daragh was, as usual, pleasant, polite, efficient, and friendly. Overall, it was a great way to start the day, as the staff are always hardworking and helpful, even when under pressure.

Dear god the queues ....! Quality is fine as it’s costa, The staff are really nice, But some are so chatty it takes an age to get served. I’ve left the queue a few times

As with all Costas, you do have the wait as the barista performs but the staff here are excellent. Nice clean seating area with a variety of tables which replaced the old Druckers café in the middle of the centre. Well worth a visit.

I call into this branch twice a week when working in Halesowen. On the whole, the staff are efficient and friendly but there seems to be issues with one member of staff every time she has served me, there's been something up with my drink. I have trained as a barista myself so it flummoxes me to watch her make something as basic as an Americano incorrectly. If I'm in a hurry to get to work, I now tend to avoid if I can see that she's serving as she's slow and is in severe need of training. Other than that, it's fine. It's a chain coffee shop so I can't wax lyrical about the coffee as it's average but drinkable. The rest of the staff are sweet and it's a pleasant addition to a depressing shopping centre! I generally prefer to support independents but the women in Hagley St Baristas are rude so I'll stick with Costa!

I was very impressed by this coffee bar. The staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they made sure everything was well presented. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.
