Contribuisci feedbackMess, everywhere not clean at all, staff just stood around talking, food was cold, ordered a hot chocolate the taste made me feel sick and this was also cold. The place needs management desperately and a cleaner!
I stopped by with my 2-year-old granddaughter to have a happy meal for dinner. We had to wait a bit, but one staff member, Abdul, really stood out. He was very attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our experience great. He is a true asset to the restaurant.
Yet again, items were missing from my order. I have lost track of how many times this has happened at this particular branch. When I called them, they said they couldn't help and that I needed to speak to the app team. And what do you know? The app team can only provide a refund. So now I'm left feeling hungry. McDonald's, please improve your service and deliver the customer experience you were once known for.
My daughter and I have ordered from this McDonald’s several times over the last 2 years and every time we have ordered there have been items missing, especially dips this time we ordered and majority of our food was missing and the hot chocolate which was supposed to be a large was in fact a small and absolutely disgusting will certainly NOT be ordering or even going through drive through here again it’s disgusting
Made an order for delivery, not the first or second time , and each occasion there is missing items , they can’t seem to ever get the order right ! Waited over a hour for delivery on ringing the restaurant to find out why it was taking so long they really didn’t want to know or care that it had been over a hour since it was ordered for it to turn up cold and missing items , I could of walked to the restaurant quicker , then the time it took for them to deliver it , the staff really need to go back to school and learn how to read the order’s because they seem to not be able to get anything right or may be more training !
