Café Florian - Düsseldorf

We used this cafe as an alternative to the expensive breakfast offered in our nearby hotel, and we were not disappointed. Germans don't eat breakfasts like Americans do (except for Sunday brunch), so crowds were not an issue. Menu, in English, offered many choices. Loved...the music- jazz. Friendly quick service. Would highly recommend this simple restaurant.

The Florian is our regular choice since we live nearby. All of the staff are always incredibly friendly. Food is good all day with nice breakfast options and specials on a board each day. Speak English and have English menus. Great outdoor seating.

This place has it all. You go to some cafes/bars and absorb the place and it seems to run okay. This place just clicks. The owners put a lot of work into making this s a lot cal that people want to drop in on-I...can see why! The late night menu, outdoor alfresco seating area, bar drink menu or late at no gut gave a taste of the burger or coffee menu. These guys are great!

Food and atmosphere were very good. Had the asparagus which was in season as well as a nice steak. Waiters were attentive. The only downside is that they didn't accept card payments even for a bill of euros. Not sure if this was a...tourist only approach.

Great old school, movie themed cafe. My partner and I had a great breakfast with a couple of coffees, but also serve lunch and good range of alcohol. Well priced, take cash only but ATM over the road. Menu is in German but they have...English menus too. Happy overall
