Takumi - Düsseldorf

Super long queue, but actually didn't feel like it was that long. We went at a random time (like 4pm), and we waited like 20-30 min. Didn't really understand why, because there were always empty tables... But it took the service some time to accommodate the people. The food was nice, tasty and the service was great.

The place was always packed when we strolled by so we decided to put it on our list of places for dinner. I have to say the food was just ok. I have had way better bowls of Ramen and Pho back home. Being in China town I expected a higher level of food and service.

Food is good, waiting time not too long, service very friendly. I go here quite often. Only issue was that one time when I was there a homeless guy wreaked havoc, screaming at customers for at least 20 full minutes before a waitress asked him to leave. That was obviously not the restaurant’s fault, it just got handled a bit late.

Delivery was fast, eating was still nice warm. Unfortunately, the portions are somewhat small, so they even cost more than before.

Eating was good and delicious as always. the pick-up time was unfortunately completely wrong and also the staff is not really interested in picking up and is completely overwhelmed with the guests who want to pay inside.
