As a smear to visit North Rhine-Westphalia, all its usual habits are established. At home I no longer want to go to a China restaurant, but here in Duisburg it seems to be part of the epitome of the upscale exotic distance. I also know from friends that you like to eat Chinese for family celebrations, anniversary or birthdays. Okay, the Wong King was on the way, and I was hungry for animals, and I was expressly heated by this place. It's good that I was on my way by car, because with Öffis you'd be thrown up here. The entrance to the square is not so inviting but rather a bit sober (but this is probably everywhere – also in China so). As expected, the Wong King was very well visited and especially the popular windows with a magnificent view of the Regattabahn in the area of the hexagonal plate (thanks to generous window fronts) were all occupied. The interior is pleasant in the usual Asian folklore with Buddha sculptures and a bit of common pewter like red illuminated balloon lights, but very light and brightly designed, on bright parquet flooring and furnishings from felts 80s of the last century. Since I was traveling as a single eater, a cat table was enough without a view. I made the legendary Werner Hansch on the side table! The visit was worth it alone. The service was like everywhere in China restaurants worldwide: a bit stiff, a little involuntary, a little uncomfortable and not necessarily service-oriented. It's just mentality. The hit in the house is the rich and versatile buffet that I had not grown, so I once ordered a la carte. The menu is really RIESIG and I can hardly imagine how many different dishes can only be kept close. My chicken special from the day ticket (very reasonable 8.50 Euro) was a bit late, very well tempered and very tasty flavored and impressed by its lush dimensions and a rounded taste. I can't say if Glutamat is in the game. Since I have no allergies or intolerances, I could not complain either. But one third had to leave. The part was just too plentiful! For this, my apple juice choir (3.50 euros) was a bit scary and stood off, probably lying only on the low-carbon mineral water used – or standing around too long. The place seems to be constantly well visited so a pre-booking can be recommended. Unfortunately, it cannot be declared barrier-free due to its location so that families with strollers or persons with reduced mobility would have their problems. It is still positive that there is no rest day and is open daily from 11:30. Next time with some sustainable appetite and possible companions, I want to test the buffet that offers several courses and where you can find your desired food ingredients quickly on site and cooked. Keywords: Dschingis Khan Büffet. A bit of jamming always comes up for me because I think the staff is kept under pressure and has to work extremely much – but this is on another sheet. Hygienic could also be improved, even my walk to the toilet was sober.
