American Deli - Duluth

American Deli has been well known for their chicken wings. Never came to this location. It's located on Pleasant Hill Duluth. After working out at the park right across the street I bought wings and philly cheese steak for dinner. Their wings are awesome went well with blue cheese. Their philly cheese steak was great. The entree came with a drink. The atmosphere is great. Very neat with a sporty ambiance. Awesome service, great food, great price.

Very limited menu, with only 11 items. I got the chicken fried rice, which was just okay as it was overcooked and strangely seasoned. A guy at the next table got the fish and declared it "not bad. "Food: 3/5

I've heard great things about the wings, but the gyros and tenders are fantastic in their own right. However, you do have to be careful when you come as some of the cashiers can be very unpleasantFood: 4/5

Don't eat there. Horrible and rude workers/owners. French fries were under cooked and soggy. Guy was very unprofessional when I went to get a refund. How can any place mess up French fries.Reply to Owner :Your entire reponse was a lie.First it wasn't an hour later. Yes some time elasped between me purchasing the fries and bringing them back definitely not an hour. I purchased the fries and drove home( 9 minutes away and took my laundry out my car along with the fries. Proceeded to eat the fries and unfortunate for me they were subpar. Soft and soggy and uncooked.I said if I purchased fries from somewhere else that were properly cooked and even if it was 40 minutes or an hour later which it wasn't in my case they still wouldn't be soggy and soft like mashed potatoes. Fries get cold and dry as they age. They were soggy due to being under cook before they crisp up. Tell them how rude you was to me trying to get a refund which was my right. You got loud called me a liar and said to never come back in front of other customers. That was my first and last time going to that establishment.

I ordered my food at 6:06 over the phone and got to the location at 6:30 and the girl working told me I had to wait still, I waited for 30 minutes for my food, just for the food to be ready on the counter the entire time she just never bothered to check it till 30 minutes later……and everybody who got there after me got their food in under 10 minutes and on top of that she never apologized or anything for the wait???? Horrible business.
