Choong Man Chicken - Duluth

I ordered the tender fried chicken ($13.99), hot snow onion ($17.99), and garlic spicy wings ($14.99). However, as you can see in the picture, the hot snow onion was missing from my order. Why was I charged $17.99 for something I didn’t receive? It would have been nice if someone could have checked my order before handing it to me. I had high expectations for your service. Food rating: 1/5.

If we focus solely on the food, this place is fantastic. Their Korean fried chicken is, without a doubt, the best I’ve encountered in the city, and all the flavors are excellent. I particularly enjoy the curry tikkudak, but the other options are definitely worth a try as well. However, I do have one complaint — the prices are quite steep. Paying $18 for roughly 8 chicken tenders seems a bit excessive. That said, whenever I decide to splurge on a meal here, I’ve never regretted it.

While the prices might be on the higher side, the quality justifies the splurge. That said, there is room for improvement in the service department. During our last four visits, not once did the staff check to see if we needed anything, like drink refills. We also experienced a couple of mishaps with our orders—receiving red hot pepper chicken instead of garlic spicy, and regular fried chicken instead of soy garlic. We ate them anyway, but there's definitely some room for improvement in this area. Despite these minor issues with service, I would still argue that this location offers some of the best Korean Fried Chicken in the Atlanta area. I definitely plan on returning.

I ordered the garlic soy dish, and it was absolutely amazing! I would give it six stars if I could. The restaurant is clean, the service is quick, and the staff is friendly. I will definitely return the next time I'm in the area! Food: 5/5
