However, I must mention that the woman at the cash register raised her voice multiple times during our visit, which I found to be rude and she did not apologize. I first noticed her behavior when we ordered drinks and she bluntly stated, "no drinks for children," even when my partner tried to show her the beverage options. This lack of customer service is unacceptable in the food industry. On a positive note, our server was welcoming and attentive. It seems that the management needs to address the issue of the cashier's behavior. Additionally, when customers at another table began to get loud, the other staff members did not address the situation.
If I could give a negative zero rating, I would. I returned my food and was told it would take 5 days to receive a refund. I have never experienced such terrible customer service before. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this restaurant as the food was not fresh. Panda Express is the worst restaurant I have ever visited.
We have been eating at this place every couple of weeks. The staff is extremely friendly, the food is always freshly prepared and delicious. The restaurant is very clean and well-kept. It's a fantastic spot for a quick Chinese dinner or lunch. We'll definitely be returning!
Panda express. the worst Chinese food. rice is not cooked. is too much cooked and too long.
Portions used to be good but has gotten small over the last few months. Workers are pushy and kind of rude. Would definitely be at the pleasant hill location if you they were open.
