Chowking - Dumaguete City

Good Chinese/Filipino food. Fast and courteous crews and guards.

Chowking is usually a great place with their signature dishes but unfortunately now they always seem to be out of stock on things. You wouldn't expect that in a double dragon franchise but they are really slipping on keeping their items in stock. They miss ingredients in halohalo, variety of dimsum and siopao, and even some of the rice meals are unavailable. I don't know why this is as it's a franchise... the quality of food has gone up significantly but when you can't get the items it ends up a very disappointing experience

Accomodating. With the practice of minimum health protocols.

The CK was only a couple of blocks from my hotel, and they do a nice chop suey suitable for vegetarians. The shop was clean and had very polite staff and the security/doorman.

My favorite here is their meaty wanton paired with tofu.. Delicious.. I miss their orange chicken though, my child's favorite..
