I had an infected scald and a sepsis. my condition was serious. doctors and nurses were very friendly and highly professional. after 14 days I left the sick house. Everything was good. Maybe they could do something fine on eating.
I have great admiration for all the doctors, nurses, and staff at this bustling hospital. They work tirelessly to provide the best care for their patients. The family members of the patients are also incredibly helpful and willing to assist others. It is truly commendable! The only negative aspect I can mention is that the restroom where my family stayed was not always working properly. However, overall kudos to the entire staff!
My 2nd rotation for only 2 weeks, sad kaayo but I have the best and hearty experience in just 2 weeks, thank noph family especially the pt section. See you soon!
I was impressed by the level of support and assistance provided by this medical facility when we needed it the most. They responded promptly and the only cost was for the treatment received. The staff, from the security guards to the nurses and doctors, were all very knowledgeable and caring. I hope that the government invests more in healthcare workers and upgrades the hospital to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for both patients and staff. I highly recommend this place as a first option before considering a private hospital.
There are many negative reviews about this hospital, but my experience was positive. My mother, who has always been hypertensive, gave birth to my little brother here when she was 46 years old. Despite her high blood pressure, the doctors and nurses took excellent care of her and she delivered safely at 4:00 am after arriving at 3:00 am. I am grateful for the nurses and doctor who looked after them. Initially, I was hesitant to have my mother admitted due to the hospital's reputation, but we couldn't afford a private hospital. I later found out that some nurses were from reputable universities and the care was on par with other hospitals in town. In-patients receive complimentary meals and there are added facilities available. Overall, I am satisfied with the service but I deducted one star for how they treat other patients. I urge the staff to be more considerate and not judge based on financial status. I hope this message reaches the staff at NOPH.
