Changing my rating. Staffs were able to take ownership of the mistake Service today was not like before. We celebrated birthdays, graduations, and special events here. People who came in after us were served with food first. Waste of time dining here today. minutes and your food was still not served, no expectation was set for the wait time and you see people who came in after you being served first with the same food that you ordered. When we politely asked for our order, we were just asked what's your order I was with my grandparents, both are senior citizens. They were so excited to eat here. We ordered food at we were served past

Visited there twice in the last week for quickie late lunches. Both times the food was good and the service just fine. I had seen this place before and they get super busy, especially around lunch time. Candidly that is what piqued my interest. Was there both times with the gf and she really likes it as well. The 1st time we both had sandwiches-Steak and Tuna respectively. Candidly at about 70 php I knew the steak sandwich was not going to be like the expensive western style sandwich in quantity of meat. But it was certainly decent for the price and the bread was very good. The bakery is in house. We ordered sides of cole slaw and potato salad--both of which were awesome. The 2nd tine the gf wanted to split a pizza--that is quite the experience. We ordered the beef pizza and it is cheesier than any pizza I can ever remember--lol We both loved it. The waitress said that all their pizzas are loaded with cheese--Next time might be the veggie pizza! The crust was decent as well--not really "thin" which I love but a more traditional normal thick crust. There is no option to select crusts etc..Candidly, I'd consider it if I were the management. ones of their traditional Filipino dishes-

We are a pair of couples travelling and wanted some western food for a change. We had the cheeseburger, pepperoni pizza and fish fillet. Not a single a meal was finished! We were sat at the 2nd closest table and saw them place our food on the counter external to the kitchen and directly underneath the air conditioning unit, where it stayed for 5 minutes and so was stone cold by the time they had brought it to us. Before the food arrived we had to ask for our drinks twice! The fish fillet and onion ring batter was soft and doughy, the only aspect of the meal that i could reccomend would be the mashed potato which was enormous!

I had a cheeseburger and mango juice early in the day, which was great. The bread is a little sweet, like the stuff they sell up front, but it made for a great cheeseburger. I was told the signature Roberto's burger would be a wait of over 30 minutes, which was a bit odd, but did not matter, as the cheeseburger I got was great. The mango juice was delicious, as was the mango shake my date had.
