The Wifi is reliable, and the service, while a bit clueless, is decent. The food arrived promptly and was of excellent quality, tasting delicious and authentic even for Thai cuisine outside of Thailand. The prices are reasonable, making it a worthwhile dining option in Dumaguete.
The delicious food at this restaurant is complemented by the friendly service of the waitstaff. Enjoy the great food, affordable prices, and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend!
This restaurant in Dumaguete is truly unique compared to others in the area. There is an air-conditioned indoor area as well as outdoor tables by the bustling highway. The place is tastefully decorated with a cozy feel, thanks to the "JHAKART" ambiance. They offer a variety of alcoholic drinks, shakes, and of course, coffee and tea. The handwritten menu was a bit difficult to read, but the staff was helpful in making recommendations. We tried the Pork Steak with fries and rice and Sisig as an appetizer, both of which were delicious. The menu featured a range of options including burgers, soups, tacos, and fusion dishes. The food was gourmet and of high quality. Even though we arrived close to closing time, the service was still excellent. We will definitely return to try more of their delicious offerings. Hopefully, they will have a printed menu next time. I highly recommend this place for a unique dining experience in Dumaguete.
There are only few specialty and gourmet coffeeshop in the city. In my recent travel during the summer holiday, I happen to drop by this place by an invitation of a Negrense friend. The place was not so impressive as I was expecting it as well as the ambience but the location is quite ideal to the owners target market as I understand it. However, the food quality is superb though it comes pricy, to the extent it doesnt compromise.
Great little cafe near to the Asian college. Go to the cafe reviews under the correct name! It is a Cafe with a Gallery---thus the name Jhakart which autocorrect does not like it would seem.
