Shakey's - Dumaguete City

This was the worst pizza I've ever had. The service was also poor. I ordered a 12" pizza but received a 10" instead. The coke tasted like it had been diluted.

The chicken is delicious, but the prices are high considering the portion sizes and the fact that the restaurant is just a step above fast food. The pizza is okay, definitely better than other chain restaurants in the area.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times. Their pizza and spaghetti are delicious. We always order the party size because it seems smaller once served. I suggest calling ahead to reserve a booth. The only downside is the price - I find it to be expensive compared to the local Chinese restaurant on the boulevard.

Maybe I'm just unlucky. I went to Ciao Bella and they had no pepperoni, I go to Shakeys, order a basket of spicy chicken and mojo potatoes and the waitress comes back to inform me they have no spicy powder. Really? Don't they sell it in Robinsons supermarket 30 metres away?9She said the order would be 15 to 30 minutes. I thought 30 minutes was quite long for such a simple order, but then it took nearer 45 minutes and the mojo potatoes were mush inside. We had ordered a greek salad. I guess this alluded to the miniscule piece of feta cheese they had crumbled over it, because in no other way did it even faintly resemble a greek salad. No herbs, no distinctive vinegar or olive oil taste. It had a quarter of a tomato finely sliced in it and ham. Ham! Ham in a Greek salad, are you kidding me? I strongly suggest the cook goes online to find out what a Greek salad is, because he/she doesn't have clue. Now I remember why I haven't been to Shakeys for about 10 years and not for another 10 years.

Wow so bad service here the desert was served we had to take cutlery from another table to eat then 5 mins later the spoons arrived..... too late as a regular customer at sm cebu the service is no good too busy chatting behind counter
