Sunburst Fried Chicken - Dumaguete City

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. For starters, the Air con was broke. The food took an hour to come, and it wasn't that tasty. On top of that, we had an entire meal missing along with a few missing drinks we had ordered. I recommend you visit Moon Cafe in the same center. They have better service, food, and it doesn't take forever to get the food you ordered.

Went here just for curiosity's sake because I love fried chicken. Their chicken is plain fried chicken, I think there is nothing really special but since I love fried chicken very much I still enjoyed it.

I went there for lunch with my bro and the place was already crowded, but by luck we were able to get a table inside the restaurant. The ambiance was nice and smells of good food :) We were immediately attended by one of their crew and he was really helpful in giving us tips on the menu. We ordered their fried chicken, molo soup and calamares. As to quality of food its quite competitive and with generous serving. All in all its a budget friendly restaurant best enjoyed when going out for lunch or dinner with the family.

I got to try Sunburst in Iligan City (their first branch), Cebu and Cagayan de Oro and I would say that Sunburst at Robinson's Dumaguete has one of the best ambiance and service. The chicken is just like what you will find in other branches but the other main dish was very good as they were cooked perfectly to my liking specially the grilled fish and pansit (stir fried noodles with meat and vegetables). I have only one suggestion, I hope they serve coconut juice cold rather than lukewarm.
