One of the best food trip I ever had in Dumaguete City. The tempuras here are just the common tempuras sold by local vendors. However, what's so special about it is the five levels of chili sauce you can dip your tempura with. Each sauce are for free, from weak level one, to sweat-conducing, so perspiring level five. Not really a must-try for everyone, but completing the five levels of spiciness gives you a feeling of accomplishment. Don't worry, they also sell buko juice to relieve yourself from all the spice.
A must try when your here in Dumaguete. An experience you shouldn't miss. Try there yummy street food tempura with spiciness of levels 1 to level 5. And yeah don't worry when you can't handle the tanginess. Just pair it with buko juice NOT with water please. Enjoy and have fun.
Timeless. Bossing still serves through the years, the simplicity of the menu and the concept does not hinder the great experience of being able to eat there, and the sauces are always a challenge to eat. They were open during a weekend and it was a pleasant surprise, although I would suggest having more drinks to counteract the spiciness of the sauces?
The choices are Squid Roll, Squid Ball, and Tempura. The special sauce is the best, its rated 1 5 based on its spiciness. 1 is sweet sauce and 5 really spicy. Its located inside the Silliman Campus but he has some franchises for his sauce outside Silliman. Everything's clean and safe
