The cashier was unprofessional, telling us we needed to move to the front of the shop because we were taking too long to order. Honestly, I struggled to read the menu because the text was incredibly small! After we left, I noticed her shaking her head. When I turned back to get her name, she dismissively told me to go and that she would take my name when I placed my order. There was no one behind us while we ordered, so the rush seemed unnecessary. She clearly had a bad attitude and was on edge. Another employee came out and apologized on her behalf, explaining that they were the only staff working that day and that he was dealing with the repercussions of her behavior. I understand that everyone has tough days, but that's no excuse to treat customers poorly.
I occasionally meet friends at this lovely restaurant, and it's truly the best place to dine. I come here frequently, and I've always found the food to be exceptional. The staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I really enjoy my meals at this restaurant!
This is undeniably the best Tacoglocke I have ever had in my life! I just finished my meal, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring my order was perfect (they nailed it, and I have to admit, I’m one of those people who requests a lot). The salad ingredients, like the tomatoes and onions, were crisp and incredibly fresh! The chalupa I enjoyed was nothing like the chewy texture I anticipated from a tacoglocke. Honestly, my husband and children all loved it too and agreed that everything was fresh and delicious—it almost reminded us of authentic tacos. I give this Tacoglocke a perfect 10/10!
Finished the mobile app to order the wrong one. The crew in this place was very nice about my mix corrected without any problems. Thank you to the afternoon crew. ?
Did a mobile order... when I got there nobody was in the front area. While waiting a couple minutes, an employee insisted I use the kiosk to place an order... had to tell her 3 times that I was picking up a mobile order. Employees need to ask if a customer needs help prior to assuming why the customer is there
