Daksh Indian - Dumfries

After a tiresome return from Scotland we believed for an Indian meal and for a lot of search we could discover this wonderful Indian joint. if we know this place very far from the capital, we did not expect very authentic tastes, but our expectations were proven wrong with excellent customer service and wonderful tastes. the personal was brilliant and must say the ambiente was quite retro fitting to a wet rain night. I must say one of the best Indian foods I had in a time, will really recommend to everyone, especially those who travel to Scotland and love a curry.

Super Indian food if a little sharp. the hotel is located in a quiet next street in dumfries. not the largest menu for selection, but what is offered is of the highest quality. beautiful ambiente to the place too. the best curry we had so far in Scotland.

Excellent service and exceptional food. real reasonable prices also

We were on Saturday afternoon. the waiter (I think he was also the owner) was very good. he greeted us and showed us on a table. he was very happy to adapt the thali meal as we asked for vegan food. he understood 9vegan meant and was pleased to make a vegan meal. eating was brilliant, tasty and obviously freshly cooked. it was spicy and the sweetness was perfectly cooked. a really good restaurant and we will come back very soon as it was so good.
