I must say that the Tesco on Loosebie Road has some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I had to return some flowers that my mother bought for my birthday. She purchased them on Sunday, but they had wilted by yesterday, and she paid £20 for them, so I was understandably disappointed. When I went back today, the female assistant was excellent. She told me to go and choose another bouquet, and when I asked about the price difference, she assured me it would be taken care of! Well done, Tesco! I'm a very satisfied customer.
