We gave him a chance several times, but to no avail. The delivery takes more than 2 hours each time! We live 10 minutes away on foot, not on the other side of the world! Even before closing, 2 hours, not only during peak hours. Unfathomable. I don't recommend it unless you want to order after 3 hours... What they do is horrible.
