Amazing food in the restaurant. Baby friendly too. Really enjoyed our time here.
My wife and I ordered the coq au vin, and the chicken and potatoes were excellent. Unfortunately, my vegetables were a bit underwhelming and too firm; however, I didn’t raise any complaints because the rest of the meal was very enjoyable. My brother had the vegan curry, which he liked. We also tried several sorbets for dessert, and they were delicious. The prices were what you would expect from a quality restaurant.
We are currently at the Bellhaven Bay campsite, enjoying a lovely stroll along the coast that leads us to this restaurant, which is part of a hotel. The food is excellent, and the beer selection is impressive, featuring local Belhaven beer. While it may not have a Michelin star, there are some intriguing local dishes on the menu, and it offers great value for money. Our children also enjoyed their meals, and we will definitely return when we’re in the area!
The Club Spoilt Ramblers had a fantastic evening at this restaurant. The food was the best we experienced in Scotland. Chef Paul prepared 12 outstanding meals for us.
