Contribuisci feedbackThe food was tasty, which is why I gave 2 stars. The service was not typical of any Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The drive-thru was slow and the staff gave me my bag without making eye contact and mumbled "Have a nice day." Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, but because of the slow service, I didn't feel confident going back to get it fixed.
Unfortunately this is the closest CFA and so I order from here 3-4 times per week. This CFA is the worst one I?ve ever been too. The service is super slow, they always manage to leave out items when you do Curbside or Delivery. And not just leave out asauce or dressing, they leave out sandwiches, missing fries, missing salads etc. they also forget to put lids on drinks securelyand lids on chicken noodle soups and such securely so often times they are spilled easily when you get home with a drive-throughor curbside order. When you do delivery they leave out items as well, you can always count on a missing sauce and then you cancount on a missing sandwich or large entrée item at least every other time. Since around Summer of 2021, this CFA has reallywent downhill service and speed wise. Avoid this CFA if possible.
Worst chic fil an experience ever. Food was good once it finally came out. It wasn?t even that busy but multiple people were waiting a while after they ordered. Cashier has an attitude and seemed bothered to be at work. This was as anomaly. I travelfor work and I can?t recall ever having a truly bad experience out of the dozens of CFAs I?ve been to across NC. SC OR GA
Recently, this particular restaurant has been lacking in customer service. It can sometimes feel like a McDonald's experience. I really enjoy Chick-fil-A and I don't want to have to drive 15 minutes across town just because of poor service. I understand that times are tough right now, but please strive to do better.
I frequently visit this Chick-fil-A and have never encountered any issues until recently. However, ever since they renovated, my orders have consistently been incorrect. Despite this, their food quality is still excellent, so receiving the wrong order isn't a major issue. They need to improve their execution of the new layout because their current method is not effective.
