We searched up the cheapest sandwich place and came across this little gem! There are lots of options and the tomato soup was DELICIOUS. I got a turkey sandwich (note-was actual turkey, not deli shaved meat) with pickles, lettuce, sprouts, mustard and mayo. Soup came with a little biscuit which was a little dry but good anyways. Would come back here for sure!
This is our go to restaurant for takout lunches half a sandwich and a cup of soup and I am over full. Sandwiches on homemade beautiful bread, all kinds of add ons. soups made daily usually two one will be vegetarian. Friendly service, I often have to put half of my half sandwich into the fridge for the next day. Also great for a quick meeting space, the tables aren't crowded so you can have a private conversation. Did I mention the soups are DELICOUS???? very limiited menu however that shouldn't keep you away you can pick your sandwich fillings from a long list (talllllll sandwiches) and the soups seem to change daily. I whip around the corner once every 10 days or so and never come back dissastified in fact, I feel treated. If you get a half sandwich and soup you also get crackers AND an homemade scone and butter. they don't skimp. We rarely go anywhere else, these days, in Duncan
I was on a trip to duncan for the day and was directed to come here and i enjoyed my meal. The service was fast and the guy at the counter was friendly.
Nice operation menu all day varies depending on time of day. Nice little book store to browse. Tables and chairs inside. Washrooms too. Coffee and a baked good...oh ya.
The sandwiches are stacked, and the soups are great. All made in house. Their bread is so soft and fluffy! I especially love the turkey sandwich and jalapeno cheddar soup! Great service as well. Highly recommend!
