Domino's Pizza - Duncansville

Ordered food 5:58 EST, as Sydney is the only one at the restaurant and she is very good and polite with us, we picked up the pizza and wings 7:45 EST. But food was very tasty.Service 1 star is with the restaurant and not with the one working there.

Food is sloppy , tasteless , old or not made properly the last few times and I'm just done wasting my money on a company that allows this.

Ordered on the app and it’s been in “prep” for an hour. I’ve been calling the store for about 15 minutes (still on hold as i write this! and no one’s picking up. Wasted no time taking the money out of my account though!

Ordered from the Duncansville location tonight for the first time. We used a coupon code on the app, but turns out the store couldn’t honor it so they canceled the order. I called in and spoke with Sydney (may be spelled wrong). She couldn’t have been nicer! She explained why they couldn’t honor the coupon but gave us a deal on another order. In this day and age where good customer service is often hard to find, I was pleasantly surprised tonight! Big thank you to her!!!

Gave our pizza to someone else. Rushed our order. Pizza was not cooked enough. Called us and said we would get a link to apply for a refund. Screw them. Never order from them again
