A frozen fry in my box, seriously? And why does the shake taste like cleaning supplies?!?
Went through the drive through to get breakfast. Ordered pancakes with other items. The order was repeated to me. When I paid I asked the gentleman for syrup for the pancakes. He asked me to pull up. I waited almost 20 minutes when he comes out to give someone else their order and he said the pancakes are taking forever. I asked how much longer was forever going to be. He said he didn’t know. He then said “did you order pancakes” I said yes then he said did you verify it on your receipt and I said no. Looked at the receipt and it was not ordered. He said the cook heard it but he forgot to charge me and the pancakes take long. I asked him for a refund. Waited almost 5 minutes more and the manager comes out and hands me the coins of the money part of the refund. Then says he forgot to charge me for the pancakes and they take long to cook and starts to walk off. I said umm I need the rest of my money and she said oh yeah. She did not offer a solution “like why couldn’t I get the order I had waited for that I did pay for” no solutions just excuses. We’ve been to this location several times and the service seems to get worse and the management does not care about inconveniencing the customers.
Horrible experience ALWAYS! They never have anything available or they say this and that machine is always broken. The poor customer service they offer is ridiculous
Great service! They could use more than one checkout line tho. People were waiting at least 5 minutes to order
