I have been using alto pharmacy for fertility medications and they have been amazing. The first time I placed an order my insurance covered the usual amount, but the second time I didn't, alto tried to find ways to help bring down the cost of medication. Their customer service is top notch and effective. Also love the same day options for delivery plus you get a caramel candy in your order. Thanks Giant!

I have been shopping at Giant for a while now. Even though they are a bit more expensive than other stores, I like the selection and sales. They main reason though is becauses I've always viewed their produce to be very fresh. That is no longer the case. For the past couple of months I have been consistently getting produce for me to find mold growin in hidden spots as soon as I get it home, or within a day or two. This is unacceptable. I have wasted so much money on bad food. I need a store I can rely on for fresh produce. It just doesn't seem like quality is a concern anymore. I think I will be searching for a new grocery store.

In a time when grocery delivery shoppers and drivers have been classified as essential workers and are putting themselves on the frontlines helping as many people as possible, this location chooses to make them wait in line with customers to enter the store to work. Many stores nationwide recognize the essential worker classification, but not this store. It's unfortunate that in working to help so many people for long hours day after day, they are not respected for the service and the risk they take on the same as the grocery store's own employees.

Positiw: large selection of fresh products, fresh cut flowers are quality and decent price, many options for all types of objects and objects are usually always on stock. also bakery has delicious and high quality bakery. negatiw: the deli is slow; I am not sure if they are short workers, but it is not unusual to wait up to 20 25 minutes to have called their number to start their order. there are also few check-out shops open in the regular, even during the busiest times Sunday mornings are crazy busy! there is a self-checkout, but it takes one for buyers to check a car full of food instead of a few items on the self-checkout.
