Quarterback Club - Dundas

This restaurant is a fantastic place to dine, but unfortunately, it's a very challenging environment for employees. There is a significant amount of bullying directed towards new and younger staff by some of the long-term employees. During my time there, I often found myself avoiding going out for drinks with coworkers. Regrettably, the owner is aware of this behavior but chooses not to take action, as he doesn’t want to risk losing employees who have been there for 20 years.

A fantastic dining spot, but a terrible workplace. There is a significant amount of bullying that occurs, particularly aimed at younger and newer staff members by those who have been with the company for a long time. During my time there, I often left almost in tears. Unfortunately, the owner is aware of the situation but chooses not to intervene, likely out of fear of losing employees who have been with the restaurant for over 20 years.
