Vulcano Pizzeria - DUNDAS VALLEY

I ordered takeout yesterday and got the volcano pizza with extra chili. The toppings were incredibly generous, and it's honestly one of the best pizzas I've ever had!

Vulcano Pizzeria is my favorite pizza spot! The food is incredible, whether you choose pizza, pasta, or any other dish. It's all so fresh and delicious.

Unfortunately, there were items missing from our Vulcano Pizza order, and the delivery driver refused to retrieve the missing items. Again, we tried to contact the restaurant, but received no response. We then reached out to Menulog for a refund, which took forever because they were unable to get in touch with the restaurant. Vulcano Pizza refused to offer a refund or compensate for the missing items. I spoke directly with someone at the restaurant after hearing their decision, and they questioned why I waited three weeks to reach out. I explained that I had ordered through Menulog, and they were seeking a response from the restaurant. During our conversation, I could hear a woman in the background yelling obscenities in Italian (I understand Italian as well), and then the guy abruptly hung up on me. When I called back, they wouldn't answer, and eventually had a junior employee talk to me, claiming the partners had left, despite me hearing the discussion in the background. I'm absolutely appalled at their lack of professionalism. Even though I didn't receive a refund, they still refused to acknowledge the missing items. The partners were overly defensive despite their mistakes. I followed all the correct procedures but was treated poorly throughout the process. Their rudeness is unacceptable, and I will never order from them again. To be clear, we've ordered from Vulcano Pizza several times before without issue, but that seems to be irrelevant to them. I have documented evidence of my attempts to resolve the issue through Menulog. Despite this, they think I'm at fault for not contacting them directly. Clearly, customer service is not a priority for them when it comes to resolving disputes. Save your money and choose another restaurant.

Toppings are always fresh and have a large menu of pizzas. definitiw best pizzas around the cumberland.

Wow really great pizza. tried vulcano pizzeria for the first time tonight, although we live near. really enjoyed the marinara and volcano and volcano lives up to its name! pizzas arrived 5 minutes before promised time and the driver was polite and friendly. there is nothing of this high quality anywhere near, can not wait to taste their other pizzas
