Burgers served lukewarm this has to be a safety issue!And staff need to work of courtesy, politeness, kindness!! Have been to the Waterdown location twice recently and staff are dismissive, bordering on rude.

Great value. Quality, portion, and taste were all very good. Lovely, friendly staff as well.

I just love the A u0026W burgers especially the Nashville chicken burger. It 's a chicken burger with a bigger patty. Whenever I am in the Watertown area I visit this location. The staff is friendly and the food is good, what else do you need.

Came to A W because my wife wanted to try their Spicy Dill Pickle Mama burger. She wasn’t impressed because it didn’t arrive looking like their ads. Came with 2 small slices of pickles and had little sauce. Basically it was a regular mama burger. My fries were cold and the chicken burger tasted greasy.The tables had a sticky, tacky feeling no matter which table we tried.

First time for breakfast and it was really good!! And reasonably priced.
