Empress Wok Chinese Restaurant - Dundas

Ordered dinner for two B with a side of shrimp with lobster sauce. Cost $24..so reasonable. Got home and opened the white rice..the container is no larger than the cole slaw container from KFC! I mean, its rice!! Opened the meal and looked ok but the beef was not done to the way I usually expect. The shrimp with lobster sauce is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was more like soup with a few specks of ground pork, and why are there noodles in it???

Ordered take-out for myself and friends. Absolutely delicious food, generous portions, courteous service and so many options. We'll definitely be back

Several patrons were lined up to pick up their orders. Only one fellow was on the desk. Several orders were not yet ready even though the website had indicated the food was ready for pickup. The fellow on the desk took phone orders instead of dealing with his long lineup. Finally an unmasked privileged young man walked in the door, sidestepped the line and got served! A better way to handle this would be to put two people on the desk. Failing that let the phone go to a message directing patrons to order online. The unmasked fellow should have been asked to leave!

Tough to recommend , sometimes its the absolute best, other times rice seems old and a burnt taste. size of egg rolls are about 30percent smaller than last year

Tried for the first time and will not return. Not tasty, and use of oil and soy overwhelming. Did not recognize the chicken and how do you overcook shrimp.And the pork was bone dry. Not a pleasant experience
