Out of the last 10 times I have ordered from here my food has been made incorrectly at least 5 times. I have reached out to them via email and was offered a free sub at one point but that isnt what I wanted. I just want them to read the order correctly and make the food the way it is said to. I paid extra for the avocado and it was not added. I ordered cheese and it wasnt added.

I just got charged $17.99 for 1 Monster footlong sub.Just checked prices in Milan same sub is$12.00.We will be driving to Milan for Subway from now on.
Subway was once the place to go. It seems that these days you get surly service and pay a premium price for inedible bread and soggy vegetables. As a previous general manager for four restaurants, I am disappointed in the direction this sub shop is taking.Vegetarian options: You can choose from a wide range of colorful vegetables. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, banana peppers, jalapeño peppers, and black olives. The issue is, are the fresh? Usually not. Are the bins clean or covered with vegetable debris so you get onions in your lettuce or black olives mix with your banana peppers? All most certainly.Kid-friendliness: In a good restaurant, you are served an appropriate sized sandwich and friendly service. If only we can find a good subway.
