Pan Asia - Dundee City

I order from panisa usually all the time never had any problems, last night I called the take away and the staff member on the phone was so rude. I will NOT be back!

We have used this take away a few times but tonight will be the last. I phoned to order and the girl on the phone doesn’t listen and mumbles so you can’t understand her. Was told 20 mins but on arrival had another 15 min wait. Order was wrong when we got home and the salt and pepper chicken was not nice, very greasy and didn’t taste fresh. To top it all she didn’t give me the correct change. All in all a sloppy service and we won’t be back.

We thought we would give this takeaway a try rather than our regular, however we were extremely disappointed. We ordered and paid for the set meal for £14 and 2 portions of prawn crackers. When the meal arrived, we were greeted with two completely wrong starters and one wrong main after a 55 minute wait. As for the prawn crackers, we only received half a portion. So all in all we received one main course that was correct. We will not be returning and are very disappointed to have wasted our Saturday night Chinese on this takeaway.

Lied to by restaurant. Order arrived and prawn crackers came were missing. Phoned pan Asia to see if they could be delivered and received a phone call back 5 minutes later saying they had no prawn crackers left. As it was only 6 o 'clock I felt this was rather odd. Phoned back to 'place an order ' and asked for two large bags of prawn crackers and was told it was no bother. I believe I was probably told there was none left as they could not be bothered delivering them to me. Sorry but you have lost yourself a regular customer. dissapointed.
