Contribuisci feedbackI would not recommend this place. It’s seriously understaffed, and as a result, everything suffers. Service is extremely slow; I waited 45 minutes for a breakfast roll and a baked potato. The cutlery was dirty, and the coffee machine, condiments, and muffins were frequently out of stock and took forever to be replenished. The atmosphere isn't very enjoyable, as it's just a cafe in a supermarket, and the stressed staff don’t help the situation. The food was decent; the kitchen staff are doing their best despite the circumstances. It seems that Morrisons doesn't prioritize their customers by scheduling enough staff during lunchtime. You'd be better off spending your money elsewhere unless you're really in a bind.
I stopped in for breakfast on my way to Glasgow from Aberdeen. They offered a great selection of breakfast items, and the toast was made with lovely bread. I tried the vegetarian option, which was also quite good. The highlight of my visit was certainly Elaine, the lady serving us, as indicated on her name badge. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, engaging in enjoyable banter with all the customers. It's rare to come across someone like her these days. Truly a gem! Well done, Morrisons!
Shocking really! Food was horrible... chips cold, burger burnt on the outside and cold and undercooked on the inside! The kitchen staff need some guidance obviously! I mean it's a veggie burger and chips it's not difficult
I went for breakfast on Sunday and had to wait an hour for my meal. It was quite disappointing—everything seemed to be just heated in the microwave and my scrambled eggs were drenched in water and grease. I saw five different customers asking for refunds because they had waited so long for their food. They then informed diners that there was no hot food available. This experience was a complete joke, and I won't be returning.
Initially, I would give 5* to the staff. The one above is for the management. How can you leave one older lady literally running across the restaurant covering 30 tables alone? Of course the cutlery won't be absolutely clean or the food not great, but this is YOU, not the staff. And this is not a first time one person covering the entire restaurant. You could be plastic free, environmental friendly or whatever, but you are still dehumanising your staff.
