The staff was knowledgeable about gluten-free options and took care to wash the scoop between uses. They also stored the gluten-free waffle cones separately from the regular ones. The service was very helpful. I’m giving it 4 stars only because of concerns from previous experiences. However, I have never been glutened here.

Absolutely fantastic! They have a dedicated gluten-free waffle maker for their gluten-free waffle bowls, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. The flavors are incredible!

The woman was very kind and well-informed about celiac disease, and the food was absolutely delicious.

We had an awesome experience here. The customer service was excellent, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about Coeliac. All of the gelato flavours were gluten free when we visited and there were also gluten-free waffle cones and cups which was a lovely surprise. The gelato were delicious. Highly recommended!

This place serves the best ice cream you can find, crafted with care and a strong focus on quality and detail. The waffle cones are absolutely fantastic as well. If you're fortunate, you might even have the opportunity to try their incredible 'Spaghetti Ice Cream' (Spaghettieis—just Google it!), which is possibly a one-of-a-kind treat on the South Island.
