The dining room was a mess but that is NOT the fault of the staff… there is no way they would even have had a second to spare to clean up.My barista, Gabe, was phenomenal. Like an idiot , I wasn’t clear about what I wanted (I ordered a vanilla Frappuccino but I was expecting a coffee Frap, and was given a Crème… Gabe re-made it for me without a second thought, and I wish I had had cash on me so I could add an extra tip. FANTASTIC service from Gabe. And despite everyone being overwhelmed, orders were being churned out in a timely manner— no one was left waiting. Yes there was the obligatory uppity yuppie Dunedin Live Laugh Love Karen with the sour look on her face when they ran out of bacon cheese bites.. whatever. The staff were all absolute gems and had the patience of saints.Starbucks: increase your staffing!!! And if you can’t find people, well then here is a news flash: PAY THEM MORE.
Yesterday me and a friend got very sick from the white chocolate mocha coffee shortly after we drank some of the coffee not ginng
Order was wrong.. drive thru is tighter than a t-shirt on a minivan.
Friendly staff at this location! Outdoor seating too. Parking lot can be difficult to navigate as there aren’t many spots.
They are watering down their drinks, reduced the value of points, and raised their prices several times recently. But don't worry they said they will rely on the wealthy to support them regardless.
