Harvester Halbeath Park - Dunfermline

The workers are friendly (especially “Chelsea” and the vegan options are ok. not my first choice of restaurants, but good to know, there are a few ok vegan options if other people want to go.

Great place to have a pint. friendly service. clean. I can't talk to the food. not very crowded. good parking outside. shopping near asda

Good value for money family restaurant. the salatable from which they can help themselves has a good choice and in the regular fresh, and the main dish selection.

I fully agree with the previous assessment. we have eaten several times in the harvester in dunfermline and have found the service excellent.

This is a Harvesters chain pub, so the menu is fairly standard. That said, the food was well-cooked and there was plenty of it. We were seated quickly, and our host took the time to explain the various COVID protocols in place. Normally, this would earn a 4-star rating: 3 stars for it being a chain pub and 1 star for the quality of the meal and service we received during this visit, which was good. However, I’m giving an extra star for the exceptionally helpful staff. We visited with an elderly relative, and our host made sure to accommodate our group by guiding us through the few steps to our table. During our time there, I also noticed the staff assisting a disabled woman in finding her way to and from the restrooms, as well as helping an older couple with the online track-and-trace requirements. They handled everything with a genuine sense of care and a positive attitude. I will definitely return if I’m in the area.
