Contribuisci feedbackI would like to begin by saying that you have very anticipated this visit as it is my wife's birthday, which celebrates my beautiful wife today in this restaurant! I will say the first two guys neglected to make the order right and did not even manage to get the right bread that we had several miscommunications and Taylor jumped in and save the day They tell me that they have a glamour of customer service, they listen to us exactly and made our order 100% better than we have ever expected and feel when we were valued as customers.
I love everyone working here! Everyone is so sweet and they make sure that you can eat your food in the best form. I always get a job for my mother and everyone? So beguiling! Even if she?re busy, it can take a few minutes longer, but they always make the order fresh! You? Always so polite and well managed! I love coming here. 10/10!!!!
Very disappointed during my last visit. With inflation a little bacon Cheeseburger closure to $10.00 and a big pommes over 7 bucs, was a bunch of Fritten too much to ask? The cup of the frits was not even filled! Is this a new tenant who fills the order or is this shrinkage now the standard?
Originally it rated 4 stars, but my experience Friday has severely damaged my confidence in this place. frustrating experience. After I got an online order for pickup at 621pm, I entered the restaurant at 620 and waited until 635. After fulfilling the orders, I asked where my order was. The employee wasn't helpful, but they didn't see my ticket. I asked them for double check and they found my ticket on the floor. Then they took the ticket and tried to give me my food, which had been cold for 20 minutes. I asked them to revoke the order and they said they would. After waiting again, no action had been taken to revoke my order, and so we asked to speak to the manager. Then he apologized and refunded the order amount and said he would print the ticket to make the order again. He has never reprinted the ticket and we waited until after 19:00 (over an hour after order!! for him to realize that he has not even printed the ticket. We left at 715 to get food elsewhere. The staff of this night were very unprofessional. Ultimately, if you go arent to print the ticket and make the order, just tell me so that I don't waste an hour of time.... Highly disappointed by this five guys location and will not go back soon.
Ordered burgers and fries online and it says how many minutes we should wait before arriving to pick up. We parked in their pickup spot while that time came and went. It passed. Four minutes late, we got a text notification our food was ready. LOTS of fries! Food was ok but nothing special.
