Yamato Japanese House Of Steak - Dunn

This place found on the line and wanted to check it. Outside looked a little rough, but went in. The staff was very friendly and set us fast. Our waitress was nice and helpful with the menu and took our drinks order. The interior was clean and beautiful. The menu is well designed with a good selection of dinner options. We ask questions and she gave us suggestions on what could be best. The waiting period was no problem and gave us time to relax and enjoy our evening. The food was served hot and beautifully presented. I had Steak Hibachi and was very tender. I was surprised that my box meal was much bigger than expected. I'm glad I took her advice and didn't go with the combo. Wow! Overall, we both agreed that it was a very good meal at a reasonable price. Everyone was very friendly and I can say we're going to come back.

With my daughter to the father daughter dinner. The sushi was very good with her soup. The waitress was very nice and the ducks were also very good. Very recommended for this area of North Carolina.

Sushi is great along with the other food and the restaurant atmosphere it is great and also cleaned.

Yamato was surprisingly good! I was really craving sushi on a weekend afternoon and had no interest driving to Raleigh to get some takeout.
