Front Porch Pie - Dunnellon

We were in town, made a few dives in Rainbow River sources, so we thought we could also dive for lunch. It is a super cozy place that has this hinterland, small town Vibe will get you with divers. Had a surprisingly killer burger that was perfectly cooked. The cakes were also all delicious (played out near most of them? Loved the atmosphere and great service. It is worth checking!

The best southern food I've had in a long time! Delicious home made food. We ate fried chicken and catfish with the cabbage and field peas it was all so good!!! Oh and the coconut meringue pie is heavenly!!!! Btw we ate there twice this trip!

This place could easily be a great place but the food was incredibly bland and pretty pricey for not great food. Pies were ok huge pieces so worth the price there except nothing special in way of flavor. Staff was pretty friendly.

Unfortunately I've had to lower my rating from 5 to 3 stars. The last couple times we've come the food and service just haven't measured up to our first experience described below. We are new to the area and came here for the first time on a Sunday evening. We sat in the outside patio and enjoyed the fresh air. I ordered the garden salad and bean soup. Absolutely delicious. The salad was fresh and crunchy best one I've had in a long time. The bean soup was soul food enough said! Great service. We will definitely be regulars.

Delicious food! Home cooked meals. Let the cakes die! The fried pickles are also amazing. I recommend checking this place.
