Excellent service! the food was fresh. they even come to the tables to beautify our coffee and make sure everything is in order! alnazeer was very friendly and made it secret! this will be a way to place every time we come to niagara!

I have ordered over fleischburger combo, but they send me a burger with bark meat. I called them two times, first they cut my call then again a girl spoke to me on the call, but after listening to my complaining, they said wait, then after 5 min she cut my call also. poor staff and services. disgusting.

Wanted a quick burger and fries before returning home on a shopping trip stateside and this A&W really delivered.As always, great quality beef and wonderfully hot fries delivered in less than 5 minutes, but the super friendly service we received and the ultra clean environment made us change our mind and eat in store.Also tried the $1 organic coffee and it was really good so would stop in just for that in future.Will definitely stop in again on our next trip to Niagara Falls.

The restaurant had excellent staffing with friendly and polite staff who worked well together, ensuring reasonable service time. The staff went above and beyond in terms of customer service and were especially great with the kids. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this location. Rating: Food 5/5.
